We have it where UX is now taking the lead in product innovation.  It seems we have come full circle where business requirements inform goals and objectives but UX provides the user journeys and experience without business prioritising.

Users are happier = customers come back for more = business grows = UX gets bigger budgets and starts energising entire organisation into business redesign thinking.
