This is a great story about using Scrum at home. Here's one in return.

Months ago I was pointed toward agile and Scrum. I was so excited, I was reading everything I could about it. I started promoting it at work, though getting no practical application. I really wanted to participate in Scrum!

One Saturday I had a thought: Saturday chores! We did it with the kids and family and it worked! My full description and photos of the team board can be found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/alandd/sets/72157603489198181/
