It&#039;s good to have at least a base from which to launch strikes against non-agility from... this base is a scrum master who understands the &#039;ideal environment&#039; and coaxes everyone toward that direction... someone with iron cohonies(sp?) and good interpersonal communication skills.

however, i see your point... i&#039;ve never trusted those who seem infallable. Everyone sucks in some way, the point of an interview is to find it and see if it&#039;s something you (all) can live with :)</description>
