I&#039;d hazard to say, in all seriousness, that the cone of silence is what fosters the traditional development cone of uncertainty - where deliverables and value may in fact NEVER appear, or  at the least, be a surprise result at the end of a lengthy &quot;heads down&quot; delivery period on the order of months or more.</description>

Thanks for the comment I heard from others today too.  So, I found a tool this evening and converted it from a TIFF to a JPG file.  Please let me know if this works better for you!

To the point of the topic - I&#039;ve never formally studied estimation techniques, but must say that from afar, I&#039;ve always been wary of canned techniques for an inherently unknowable project size and scope. Would love to see more on the estimation side, here...</description>
