		<description>I appreciate the feedback.  One of the reasons I posted this entry was because I had promised something I could not deliver and wanted to be transparent and set expectations.  Kind of like real world projects when a lot of times well, people don&#039;t care if you miss it by a day :).  Either way... showing the outward communication is something I try to show as a ScrumMaster by example.</description>
