1) What are the top five GREAT things that have been amplified in your organization when introducing Scrum?
creativity, teamwork/collaboration, communication

2) What are the top five INSANE things (read: Dysfunctions) that have been amplified when introducing Scrum? our engineering practices are "an opportunity area", we can't handle conflict, there's little clicks of people who don't like other clicks of people, management doesn't support scrum, functional managers introduce a lot of scope creep, project manager doesn't show the 'true'(relative to scrum i think) status to the executives(prefers the 'feelgood' message),

3) Was Scrum the cause of them?
nope, however... i'm sure it'll get blamed because we said 'scrum'

4) Did Scrum force a change one way or the other?
no, see above about no exec management support and the 'we're always green status'
