Hi all,
Comics are in the queue. This work life balance takes a lot of work, so I am sorry for not giving you a recent one.
The one I have to show you next ROCKS.
But alas.
Right now, I have posted the following out on Twitter:
mvizdos Hey. Are you a HOT geeky woman in IT? I have an opportunity to discuss. DM me for more information! PLEASE re-tweet to others for me!
Only moments after posting that, the following happend:
And.
This is a social networking trial of the truest sense. If you are on twitter, please re-twit my original posting to your groups and ask THOSE people to re-tweet it to their contacts.
See where this could lead?
Good stuff.
Don’t know anything about twitter? Find out. And follow me there (see the sidebar on how to do this!).
I promise it is a win-win.
If you DO re-tweet post a comment on this blog entry.
Thank you,
- mike vizdos

Note how I tagged it with something vaguely skeptical and sarcastic? Provides me a bit of deniability in case you’ve been into the peyote tea (again).
p.s. the email notifications really gross me out. The link to your blog is http://www.implementingscrum.com/?awt_l=L6Fnd&awt_m=1e5bVbvqLvabBm … and the link to this post is worse: http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=L6Fnd&m=1e5bVbvqLvabBm&b=WrV8aEiDDoXS6zcu_XV3nw … what next, you wanting me to pimp some hot IT chick or something?
;-p

I’m quite curious to find out where you are going with this…

I had to re-tweet that…only because it read as completely hilarious to me. Tone is completely lost in email/Twitter/online, so the real meaning could have been a lot different than I took it.
I only re-tweet items that strike me and I think would be interesting, funny or emotional for people that follow me.

Jeff,
Thanks for the re-tweet. Part of the blogging world that is interesting to me is the “other” areas of the world we have not even explored yet.

Ben,
Sorry for the strange e-mail stuff — I guess that has something to do with the way my mailing system (I use aWeber to manage the various lists) keeps track of stuff. Thanks for that feedback.
And your other feedback
.
I’ll see where it leads… who knows (Victor!)??

Re-tweeted; which now made it my FB status – how funny is that? Hope my wife understands…
