		<description>A consultant is good in providing outside expertise to an organization.  However, many consultants make the mistake of making assumptions that they know better than the in-house staff which most of the time results in serious issues.

Coaches and mentors are good for me because they help you do your job right and provides a high-level perspective on what you can do better</description>

		<description>I had good experiences with Scrum consultants.

Consultants are not important for technical reasons in Scrum (Scrum is easy to learn), but to change and transform management - I think changing management to believe in Scrum is hard without consultants.
