Hi all.
I have a lot of assumptions about what people need from this site (www.implementingscrum.com) and the community we have been building here over the years.
As you know, I love doing what I do here….
Here is what I also know… I sometimes make an ASS out of U and ME by making assumptions.
So.
Write me. Call me. Contact me via twitter. Leave something on Face Book. Leave comments here.
I need to know.
From you.
Please
.
Thank you!

This only happens once (more if you are using multiple computers). Once you are in the system, everything is good to go after that.

Hi Mike,
How about a section or short paragraph reviewing the SCRUM roles. We seem to be “getting comfortable” with SCRUM and sometimes have a tendancy to slide a bit I think on the actual process and role expectations. Obviously, there will always be challenges, but I think those of us that use SCRUM regularly also get comfortable with our own style, etc and it is easy to “tweek” the SCRUM process to that. It would be nice to have very quick high level “reminder” on roles.
AND/ OR Best Practices section – ??
Just a thought – curious if others concur.
Thanks.
