Are SRS and SDD part of scrum documentation or are they confined only to RUP or other processes???

You'll need to be able to implement full functional features in your sprints to be able to deliver 'potential shippable' code to your customer in each sprint. This is necessary to acheive the advantages of early testing, adapting requirements/design etc. as you go along.
To do this, best practice is documenting requirements in usecases: vertical requirements.
So my opinion is no, traditional SRS and SDD documentation is not a good idea. Normally requirements are described horisontally, and 'fat' descriptions of requirements and design tend to freeze these early, thus loosing the advantage of an adaptive project.
Hi Jesper, thanks for your information. This is quite helpful information for them who are looking like the same problem. I think this post will be helpful for them who has same question to ask like me also. They will get their answers.
