Scrum Jobs – Spreading GOOD Karma…

In all my travels around the world I hear about jobs related to Scrum.  And.  I know there are three types of people out in the Scrum World today… Those who have jobs and love what they do, those who hate going to work every day, and those who know there are jobs available within their organization.

So. I decided I’d try and connect people.  FREE.

Rule Number One:

RECRUITERS are not allowed to use this free system. See the bottom of this page for more information about how you CAN help.

If you are looking for a Scrum Job…

This is a FREE service.

Enter your name and email address below.  I will not share this with anyone.

The purpose of you signing up for this list is to start hearing about “real world” scrum and agile jobs available throughout the world.

Notice I just want your name and email address.

As new jobs opportunities come in, I will make sure they are real and not some scam or recruiter (or other third party) trying to fill a position.  Then, I will send this information out to you.

I TRUST that you will only respond to jobs that you are sincerely interested in (and this means you are not a recruiter here either). Respond professionally.

If something good comes of it — please let me know so we can share your story with the rest of the list (and the scrum world).

If you see anything that smells fishy or abusive — please also let me know.

If you know of a Scrum job in your organization — please let me know!

Let’s see what good we can do for each other…

Finally… look on the right sidebar here and see if there are other ways we can connect… AND spread the word on Twitter and FaceBook and LinkedIn and whatever other networks you are involved with!

If you know about a REAL Scrum Job…

The easiest thing to do at this point is contact me.  We’ll inspect and adapt if this goes viral (which I DO hope it does)!

Include your contact information and as much information as you can about the open position (what it is, where it is, why is it open, who is the hiring manager, and anything else a person YOU are looking for would like to know about!).

After we connect and verify this is a good fit, I’ll get the information out to the list of people looking for Scrum jobs.  It will be up to those people to connect with you directly.

TRUST that you will only inform me of  jobs that are real in your organization (and this means you are not a recruiter or third party).

If something good comes of it — please let me know so we can share your story with the list (and the scrum world).

If you see anything that smells fishy or abusive — please also let me know.

Sound fair?

OK… Finallllllyyyyyy….

If you are a RECRUITER (or some other third-party-non-real-job-seeker-or-keeper)…

I like you. Really. Just not using this system for free. I have some ideas to share with you…

I thank you for your interest. One of the things I am trying to stay away from are recruiters posting to this list. I have a high quality list of extreme niche players who are looking for real jobs and most have been burned by recruiters in the past. I have considered letting recruiters “sponsor” real job ads that go out to these people. Is this something you’d consider? What would you consider a fair price to do this? I’d position this as something of a value-add that people can reach out to you if interested but that you have a financial interest in making this happen. Would love to know your comments, thoughts, and opinions on this. The list is growing daily and is something you can get in on the ground floor before the prices go up as the list continues to grow.

contact me with your information and let’s talk.

So that’s it.

Ideas, comments, or suggestions? Let me know.

Thank you.
